# What is CustomerConnect?

CustomerConnect is a tool for irrigators to place and manage orders with their water authority. The app is linked to your water authority account.

# What can I do with CustomerConnect?

> ℹ️ The way you use CustomerConnect depends on your role:
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ - **Operators** and **Owners** can view water account, order, and site details.
> ℹ️ - **Operators** can create and manage orders, view and create meter readings, view and send messages, and view site details.

**Manage Orders and ordering**

- Request orders quickly and easily with the guided [Order Stepper](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=cc&title=Create%20a%20New%20Order&linkCreation=true&fromPageId=3650748467).
- Get help and guidance during ordering for notice periods, maintenance periods, and flow rates.

- Water Authorities can add their own branding to CustomerConnect at any time.
- Water Authorities can monitor customer activity and control customer access to features.
- CustomerConnect includes multi-language support.
- CustomerConnect is built using up-to-date technology and security practices.
