(This is intended to alert you if anyone has changed your email details without your knowledge.) # View and Manage Your Details # Configure Notifications Use the Notifications tab to enable or disable notifications from your Water Authority. > ℹ️ **Note** > ℹ️ > ℹ️ If there are no notifications set up for your role (Owner or Operator) you will not see the Notifications tab. - The type of notifications you can enable depends on your role - that is, whether you are an OWNER or an OPERATOR. - The sending methods depend on what communication types are configured for you. For example, if you have an email address you will be able to select email notifications and if you have a mobile number, you will be able to select text notifications. - You may also be able to receive popup messages (or *App Notifications)* from your browser if the notification type supports that method. - Use the toggles to enable or disable whatever notification types and sending methods you prefer. ## App Notifications > Macro (hiddenfragment-macro) > > hidden - need to update trans but already published for English > > changed image above > > added this section You may be able to receive popup messages (or *App Notifications)* from your browser if the notification type supports that method. App notifications include: - In-app notifications that pop-up while you are using the application. For example, you’ll be notified if you receive a new inbox message. You don’t have to subscribe to these notifications, you’ll receive them automatically. - Push notifications that are sent directly to your device's lock screen, notification center, or browser. You can receive these notifications even when you are not actively using the app. Typically you can click on the notification to view more details in the app. If a notification type supports push notifications you can subscribe by choosing *App Notification* as a delivery option. You also need to give your browser permission to send the notifications. You’ll be prompted to decide whether you want your browser to send you push notifications when you first log in to CustomerConnect. If you choose to accept notifications you’ll continue to receive them as long as the browser is open (you don’t need to stay connected to the application). > ℹ️ **Note** > ℹ️ > ℹ️ - This feature may not work with all browsers. > ℹ️ - You can’t receive the notifications if you are using a private browser/incognito session. > ℹ️ - iOS users will need to [add the application to their home screen](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CC/pages/2864480257/Registering+Logging+In+and+Managing+Passwords#Installing-CustomerConnect-as-an-Application) in order to receive push notifications. > ℹ️ - You can reset your browser preferences in the app settings (for installed apps) or in the browser settings (the method may vary with the browser type and version). # Configure Date and Time Settings Use the **Application** tab to select how dates and times are displayed in the application. If you don’t select an option the default date and time formats will be used. # Change Your Password Use the **Change Password** option in the main menu to change your password.
